Bedrooms & living areas
Plan accessible dusting, vacuuming and mopping. List the beds, sleeping spaces and items that need resetting so the provider can quote the actual work.
Your host checklist
Share the setup that matters to your property: where clean linen is stored, which supplies are provided and any departure or presentation checks you want included.
Give the full turnover window
Include checkout time, the next check-in time and your time zone. Same-day turns, weekends and short-notice requests depend on explicit provider confirmation.
Plan linen and laundry
Tell us the number and sizes of beds, where spare linen is stored and whether laundry is on-site. Washing, drying, folding, off-site laundry and linen supply are separate arrangements.
Agree on access and reporting
Discuss parking, concierge rules and secure key handling after a provider is agreed. Completion photos or a condition report can be requested, with privacy and delivery arrangements agreed first.
Extras & service limits

Can you guarantee a same-day Airbnb turnover?
No time slot is reserved by the request form. Tell us the full checkout-to-check-in window. We will only confirm once a suitable provider has accepted the timing and scope.
Are towels, bed linen and guest supplies included?
Do not assume these are included. Tell us what you supply and what help you need with laundry, bed making and restocking. Any agreed tasks and costs appear in the written scope.
Can I arrange several turnovers?
Yes, you can request several dates or discuss an ongoing arrangement. Each date and any schedule changes still need confirmation; submitting a list does not reserve those slots.
Is Still Home Cleaning affiliated with Airbnb?
No. Airbnb is used to describe a type of short-term rental cleaning request. Still Home Cleaning is not affiliated with or endorsed by Airbnb.
