Condition & detail

Everyday upkeep, heavy buildup, delicate surfaces and extra detail can require different amounts of time or a different provider.

The agreed tasks

Appliance interiors, window glass, bed changes, laundry or cabinet interiors need to be listed and priced explicitly.

Timing & access

Preferred dates, recurring frequency, parking, building access, equipment and travel arrangements are reviewed before confirmation.

The provider, date, expected visit arrangements and any minimum booking.
The payable total, including any applicable tax, travel, parking or other agreed charges.
