We collect your name, email, optional phone number and the home and cleaning details you choose to provide. We use this information to review and respond to your request and discuss a possible clean.

Requests submitted on this website are stored in this site’s private hosted database. They are accessible to the site owner through the hosting service. There is no public list of requests, and this form does not subscribe you to marketing emails. To help us respond, a summary of your request may also be sent to the site owner through a transactional email service. Free-form notes stay in the private database.

If you request a quote through a Still Home Cleaning Facebook or Instagram lead form, you submit those details through Meta. Still Home Cleaning receives your contact and cleaning-request details to respond about that request. We may record them in our private inquiry records and retain the campaign and ad identifiers to measure which inquiries become bookings. The form does not subscribe you to unrelated marketing. Meta processes information under its own privacy policy. We confirm permission before sharing customer details with a cleaner.

Your draft stays in memory while this page is open. No contact or cleaning details are saved to browser storage. If you arrive through one of our campaign links, its source, campaign and creative labels are kept in this browser tab for up to two hours and included with your submitted request so we can understand which advertising brings inquiries. These labels do not contain contact details. We do not send answers from this website’s quote form to advertising platforms. The hosting service processes technical connection information; temporary hashed identifiers help limit repeated submissions.

We use Google Ads measurement and Google Analytics 4, managed through Google Tag Manager, to measure website visits and quote requests. Google Analytics loads only after you allow measurement cookies and records page views, quote-form opens and successfully saved requests. Google receives technical connection information and measurement events. Advertising and analytics cookies are denied by default; Google may receive limited, cookieless measurement signals. If you allow measurement cookies, Google can use cookies and advertising click identifiers to connect an ad click with a visit or quote request. We keep ad personalization and enhanced conversions off, and do not send your name, email, phone number, home details or notes to Google. A non-readable identifier prevents the same request being counted twice. A request is an inquiry, not a booking or sale.

Your cookie choice is remembered on this device for up to 180 days. Change it at any time using “Cookie settings” in the footer. Declining cookies does not affect your ability to request a quote. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
