You do not need to clean before asking for help. A few practical arrangements make it easier to agree on the right work and get the day organised.

When you request a quote

  • Share your city or postal code, home type, approximate size, bedrooms and bathrooms.
  • Choose the service and explain the current condition honestly, including any buildup or unusual mess.
  • List the rooms and extra tasks you care about. Mention pets, delicate surfaces and product restrictions.
  • Give a preferred date or flexible timing. For a turnover, include checkout and next check-in times.

Before you confirm

  • Review the written task list and exclusions. Ask if anything is unclear.
  • Confirm the provider, date, supplies, equipment and full payable total.
  • Read the payment, cancellation and service-concern arrangements.
  • Discuss any provider insurance, screening or experience requirements before agreeing.

Before the visit

  • Arrange clear access to the agreed surfaces and floors. Keep valuables, paperwork and personal items secure.
  • Agree on pets, parking, concierge or elevator requirements and a safe way to handle access.
  • For agreed appliance or cabinet interiors, discuss emptying them in advance.
  • Tell Still Home Cleaning if the property’s condition, access or timing has changed since the quote.

For a rental turnover

  • Make a clear bed and bathroom list, including any sofa beds.
  • Explain where clean linen and owner-supplied consumables are stored.
  • Agree separately on bed changes, laundry, restocking or completion photos.
  • Provide the property setup checklist through the agreed channel; leave entry codes out of the initial form.

After the clean

  • Review the completed work against the agreed scope when practical.
  • Contact Still Home Cleaning with your reference and details if something needs attention.
  • Confirm the next date separately if you requested recurring care.
  • Share honest feedback about your experience; permission is requested before featuring it on the website.
