Bathroom detail
Describe soap residue, limescale and hard-to-reach areas. A deeper clean is not restoration, mould remediation or a promise that permanent marks can be removed.
Room-by-room priorities
Baseboards, accessible ledges, doors and other detail work can be requested. The quote lists which surfaces and tasks are included, together with any access limits.
Be specific about condition
Tell us when the rooms were last cleaned and which areas need extra time. A clear description helps avoid a quote based only on bedroom count.
Clear the surfaces to be cleaned
Discuss whether counters, floors and appliance interiors will be clear. Decluttering, heavy lifting and moving large furniture are separate from cleaning.
Tell us about delicate materials
Mention natural stone, unfinished wood, speciality coatings or product restrictions. Product suitability is confirmed with the provider before work begins.
Extras & service limits
These are outside the standard scope and need a separate agreement, or a specialist:

What is the difference between standard and deep cleaning?
Standard cleaning covers the everyday accessible room checklist. Deep cleaning starts with extra detail, buildup or tasks beyond that checklist. The name alone does not define the work: your written quote does.
Are oven and fridge interiors included?
Only if they are listed in the agreed quote. Request them explicitly and tell us about condition and whether they can be emptied before the clean.
Will all stains or limescale be removed?
Results depend on the surface and condition. We do not promise stain removal, restoration or specialist treatment. Ask about the specific area before accepting the quote.
