ONE LESS THING ON MOVING DAY
One less thing on moving day. Plan a clean for the home you’re leaving or the one you’re about to make your own.
Clear price and availability before you book.

YOUR CLEAN, YOUR PRIORITIES
Start with accessible surfaces, sinks, fixtures, appliance exteriors, toilets, showers and tubs. Request appliance or cabinet interiors separately.
Discuss dusting, vacuuming and mopping once belongings are removed. Tell us about remaining furniture, storage areas and any surfaces that need special care.
Share your own handover checklist or inspection priorities so the requested work is clear. Cleaning does not guarantee a landlord’s approval or the return of a deposit.
Tell us whether the property will be empty and when the movers finish. Leave time between moving, cleaning and the key handover; no deadline is guaranteed until confirmed.
Confirm access to water, electricity and the property for the agreed visit. Discuss parking, elevator bookings and building rules before the day.
Furniture removal, hauling, renovation debris and repair work are not included in a residential cleaning request. Describe any unusual conditions early.
These are outside the standard scope and need a separate agreement, or a specialist:
An empty property makes more surfaces accessible. Tell us what furniture or belongings will remain, because this changes the scope. Cleaning inside cabinets requires them to be emptied and included in the quote.
Yes, share the tasks you need considered. We will review which can be included and confirm them in writing. We cannot guarantee an inspection outcome or deposit return.
Request the date and explain the moving and key-handover times. Provider availability and practical access must be confirmed before a clean is booked.
